Arrival & Departure

You are welcome to arrive to property as early as 8:30 am. There is complimentary on-site parking. You may store any day bags with the front desk. We ask that your last activity end by 5 pm
.
On your day of departure, we ask that you're out of the room by 11 am, but can stay on property until 5 pm, if you have your own transportation. The Front Desk can store your luggage if needed prior to your departure.
Complimentary shuttle & transporation.

AAS offers complimentary shuttle service for flights arriving and departing Wattay International Airport (IATA: VTE, ICAO: VLVT). Pick-ups and drop-offs may be arranged in advanced. Transportation arrangements must be made 72 hours before arrival. Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us button for assistance.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy

An advanced deposit of 50% of your total stay package is required to guarantee your reservation. For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made 21 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, your advanced deposit will be forfeited.
Disconnect.

We encourage our guests to be fully present and engaged in the moment. Our resort allows guests to participate free of distraction — and gives you permission to unplug. We only provide Wi-Fi in the villas to practice being mindful of the moment and respectful of fellow guests.
Serene Environment.

We want to accommodate our guests as much as possible while balancing the need for a space where guests can practice in comfort. While guests are free to bring their own technology devices, we do not permit large boombox speakers in our resort. Small personal Bluetooth speakers are allowed. Beer and Liquor are prohibited on the premise. Guest are only allowed to bring in wine.
Dining.

American All-Star resturant is open for in-person dining Monday through Sunday from 11:00 - 5:00 pm.
