#1 Burger Restaurant in Lao P.D.R.
In 2016, a simple home kitchen in Laos was stirring up modest dishes of chicken wings and ribs for purchase online to close friends. Nostalgic for the taste of American cuisine, founder of American All-Star, Mos Chounlamany, an expat of the United States, experimented with a new concoction - his own version of the McDonald’s McRib. Thus, his first burger was introduced in the menu: Pulled Pork Bacon Cheeseburger.

With the growing demands of his food, Mos expanded from online ordering to catering events and managing deliveries. With $200 USD, he invested in a push cart to increase his capacity for serving customers. The last thing on his mind was opening and managing a restaurant. However, the ever-growing support from his customers and family inspired him to branch out.

No success comes without trails and tribulations. Two failed attempts at entrepreneurship did little to discourage Mos. It is with tenacity and grit that fortifies American All-Star’s national status today as the #1 burger restaurant in Laos
